What We Offer

Gymkhana Gymnastics Club & Dance Studio is the best place in town to celebrate your special event! Gymkhana birthday parties are so much fun for your kids and so little work for you. Sit back, relax, and we will take care of everything, from activities to clean-up.

Each party consists of 55 minutes of nonstop action and 55 minutes in the party room.  Choose from two different party options: Gymnastics or Air Jumpers.  NOTE: Parties for ages 5 and under will be held in the junior gym.  Participants must be potty-trained.

Option 1 - Gymnastics

We'll use our extreme obstacle course, bars, vault, balance beam, trampoline, and of course, THE FOAM PIT!!!  You and your guests will remember the party for years to come.

Option 2 - Air Jumpers

We'll use our extreme Air Climber Jumpers and Air Trampoline.  It will be an awesome time that will be remembered for years to come!

Arranging the Special Day

1.  Call Gymkhana (630-483-0330) to select preferred date and time.  However, we cannot confirm this reservation until we recieve your $50 deposit.

2.  Return party contract with deposit.  Pick up birthday party permission slips for each participating child's parent to sign.  (Signed permission slips will be collected at the door.)

3.  Confirm number of guests with Gymkhana 7 days prior to the party so we can properly staff the party.

4.  Arrive 15 minutes early to greet guests and set up in the party room.

Party Extras Add 30 minutes to any party for $50.00 Add chairs for $1.50 each Add tables for $3.00 each

Price includes $50 nonrefundable deposit due in advanced.  The balance will be paid at the end of the party based on what was booked or the number of participants (which ever is higher).
